Client

DUI Boss helps unlucky drivers reinstate their driving privileges after a DUI with SR-22 insurance. To make the process easier during stressful times, they needed a user-friendly online transaction form.

Insights

The company needed a form that would simplify the process and ensure users were not overwhelmed by too many input fields. How do you get users to complete the task (form) without getting stressed out?

Idea

Divide tasks into smaller tasks—divide the form into smaller, clearly labeled steps to help users tackle one section at a time.

Accomplishments

I designed a form with a progress bar to visually indicate users' progress, helping to motivate them to complete the form. I also used ample white space and a clear hierarchy to ensure each field adds value without cluttering the layout. The result was a clean, user-friendly form aligned with its branding and style guidelines.
