CREDE Group, a Bold Foundation to Shape the Vision and Front-End Experience

CREDE Group is a company that develops and manages real estate projects across the United States. They handle everything from creating new buildings to overseeing construction and operations. Their work includes various types of properties, such as mixed-use developments, multifamily housing, retail spaces, and self-storage facilities.

THE GOAL

Their goal was to create a strong visual foundation to set the tone for future updates across the site. While they had a wireframe in place, they needed fresh creative direction to transform it into a visually compelling experience that reflected their brand.

MY DESIGN APPROACH

My design approach centered around one key idea: leveraging the diagonal line from CREDE's logo as a dynamic visual element. This subtle yet bold move would inject energy, movement, and modernity into the layout, setting CREDE apart in a competitive industry.

THE IMPACT / VALUE CREATED

Although my proposal was not selected, I learned valuable lessons in collaborative design while working as an external designer. It required quick adaptation, alignment with CREDE's vision, and showcasing the benefits of new creative ideas.
