Constitution Global, Website Redesign to Reflect Its Premium Identity

Constitution Global, now known as Credit Global (https://www.cg.com), is a merchant bank specializing in government finances and risk transfers. The company had developed a strong and comprehensive content strategy that reflected its expertise, but its outdated Flash website no longer aligned with its premium identity, which limited audience engagement. To modernize its online presence, Constitution Global aimed to create a modern, mobile-friendly website with improved visuals for a better user experience and to strengthen its sophisticated market positioning.

 
 

THE CHALLENGE

 

How might we refresh the website to align with its modern content strategy and brand identity, with a seamless experience on all devices?

Slow, non-responsive, and incompatible with mobile devices.

Rethink the entire experience—from flow to visuals.

 

As the lead designer (freelance), I was hired to rethink the entire experience—from the structure of the whole site, including information architecture, content and page layout, and navigation system—to visuals, including imagery, typography, and the overall look and feel—while ensuring the site remained flexible for future updates.

User Interviews

Met with the team to understand business objectives, aspirations, and target audience preferences.

Assessed and analyzed the legacy website to identify market positioning and ways to differentiate their brand.

The refreshed content was strong and solid, but the user experience was lacking and holding them back.

 

Base on my findings from interviews and analysis, I focused on 3 core design principles: modularity for scalability, responsiveness for accessibility, and a refined visual identity to enhance credibility.

I created various modular components in wireframes like sidebars, content grids, and image galleries.
