Constittution Global, LLC is a a merchant bank specializing in sovereign finance and risk transfer.

CHALLENGE

Their legacy website was holding them back from showcasing their brand effectively. With outdated visuals and an old-school tone, it struggled to convey credibility and build visibility. On top of that, it was built in Flash (yikes!), an obsolete technology that made it risky and difficult to update. Also, the design lacked responsiveness, leading to a poor mobile experience and driving visitors away. They needed a complete overhaul to bring the website up to modern standards and help the brand shine.

SOLUTION

As a consultant brought on for a fast turnaround project, I worked closely with key stakeholders to make sure the feedback loop was delivered quickly and effectively, allowing us to stay on track and finish on time. Their team already had a solid content strategy, so my role was translating that strategy into practical solutions like site maps, user flows, and content organization.

To bring everything to life, I implemented a modular approach focusing on responsive design, ensuring the content would adapt seamlessly across devices and make the website flexible, scalable, and easier to maintain. It also allowed us to modify and adjust for different pages and content needs quickly.

Component-based design elements.

I created a set of modular components in wireframes (headers, page sections, content grids, image galleries, etc.) that could be easily mixed and matched across different pages. This allowed my concepts to adjust quickly to fit the content needs and speed up the design execution process. Also, each component and module was crafted with a responsive design in mind and a flexible grid system, ensuring the website would look great on any device and provide a smooth user experience across all platforms.

Boosting visibility, engagement, and user satisfaction through scalable redesign.

The new website design delivered flexibility, mobile-friendliness, and ease of maintenance. Using a modular approach enhanced the client's ability to manage content efficiently while ensuring the site could quickly scale as their needs expanded.

Also, leveraging the existing style guidelines aided me in quickly creating a modern, sleek design that felt fresh and aligned with the brand without needing to reinvent the wheel. To help the pages tell a story, I used high-quality stock photos that brought the content to life and designed clear, impactful infographics to simplify complex information, making it easy to understand.

The redesign resulted in higher user satisfaction with an intuitive and adaptable design, increased mobile responsiveness and site speed, and the ability for the client to implement future content updates independently.
